MUSIC / GUIDE

Explore tokusatsu events

Tokusatsu sessions connect theme songs and related music from live-action special-effects programmes. Shared memories and strong vocal hooks can sit alongside discoveries from other series and eras. The range of works and any crossover with anime or popular song help define the event.

How to choose a session

  • Check the series, character themes and periods covered by the programme.
  • Look for a tokusatsu focus, neighbouring styles and any performances beyond DJ sets.
